Grade fun at Tala - learning about their enviroment

The Grade two children spent a night camping at Tala game Reserve. They learnt lots about nature - they went on a game drive, bush walk and interacted with snakes. They learnt so much and didnt want to come home.

Elephants as an umbrella species

The Grade two children learnt about elephants as an umbrella species. After a lot of discussion they wrote up their findings that are on display in their classrooms.

All about snakes

 The garde 2 children learnt all about snakes and their importance to our environment. They worked in groups to present their information. We were fortunate to be able to see Judah's coral snake .

  

College Wellness day

Congrats to Sarushka and the Interact team for the superb organization of the wellness Day. We'll done too for the massive amount of clothes collected.

Clothes collection

Thanks to all for your donation of clothes. In total we collected 39 enormous bags of clothes for the need.

The new Water Fountains

We are saving water with our new water fountains that the children are enjoying.

Rhino Pencil cases

Grade 6 are busy preparing cases for the roll out of the project to other schools next week.

Teddy Bear Picnic Prize

Grade 3 L and RO won the collection of clothes, toys and stationery. They had a wonder active time on the field with their teddies.
