Earth Day 22 April

Here are some pics from our Earth Day celebrations at the preschool today…

Earth Day 2025 🌍

What a way to kick off term 2 in our preschool!
We celebrated Earth Day by wearing green and blue, creating Earth inspired art and most importantly, by baking delicious Earth biscuits 😍

Each child was given a piece of blue cookie dough and green cookie dough and was tasked at rolling them together into a ball and then flattening it into a biscuit disk.
They were then able to enjoy the fruits of their labors after snack time - needless to say, those biscuits didn’t stand a chance.

The whole day, the conversations were about the blue oceans, the green trees and lands and how important our planet is!
