Global and Local Issues ;Beach Clean up Saturday 19 Sept

Mrs Mazzoni took a group of children, parents and teachers to the Durban Coastal clean up. They were treated to a wonderful Dolphin Show before the clean up. Well done, Mrs Mazzoni.

Proud assembly moments

Some of our Grade 2's and 3's entered a 'Mini - Master Chef' competition at our Eden Green  Fest and we were thrilled to announce the winners in our Assembly on Wednesday. Keep cooking !

Some of our Grade 7's girls gave us a wonderful little play on 'Water'. A clear message that we always need to hear. Well done, girls.

We were very proud of our this group of Grade 6's. They sold Bunny chows at our Eden Green Fest and managed to raised R 9000,00 for CHOC. What a remarkable achievement. One is never too young to make a difference.

Global and Local Issues : Mrs van Elden does it again for Acting for Rhinos

Resources : Grade 10 3D maps

The Grade 10 Geography class have just completed contour models of the school from waste cardboard.  They were given a basic contour outline and asked to construct a 3 D model of the areal marking in the heights, the buildings and the nearby roads.  These are the results.

Our new Eco container is up and running and is well worth a visit. We have named it 'Dorina's Cafe' ( more about that later! ) At the moment it is serving as our 'tuck shop' on Thursday hockey match days. Many more exciting things are planned so watch this space

Global and local Issues ; Tour to Edinburgh

The cast of'" Who Nose?" returned from their Edinburgh tour. They had three brilliant performances of their show that was raising Rhino Conservation awareness and raising funds for Acting for Rhinos. These students did their school proud. Their behaviour was impeccable and they enthusiastically explored Edinburgh and soaked up the Festival experiences. Congratulations to them all.
