5 ESP when signing up and doing first run.
10 ESP on first Park Run Certificate.
10 ESP for each further certificate.
Mr Mack,Mrs Whillier or Alistair will be there each Sat to take a register.
You can sign up on line.
It is free.
It is every Saturday at 8 am.It is a 5 km walk/ run along the beach promenade .
