Eco Awards College

Congratulations to all who received certificates and Eco badges on Thursday.Special congratulations to Shraya Archary who is the first College student to reach her Eco 2 level. Prep Eco awards will be done next Wednesday.

Grade 8 Eco Puppet Shows

Grade 8 performed their puppet shows to Grade 1 and Grade R..

Grade 9 Eco Kamishibhai

Grade 9 performed their eco-themed Kamishibhai to various Grades. Kamishibhai is an ancient Japanese artform.Translated it means Paper play.The storyline is illustrated with a series of pictures.

Grade 6 Eco Monitor awards.

Congratulations to Keshav, Senthen and Lucas of Grade 6 for receiving their Eco Monitor badges.They have run the Recycling Depot extremely efficiently. We are hoping to honour more Grade 6 pupils in the near future.

Today the Grade 7 s Karuna, Uzziel and Andisiwe treated the school to a highly amusing skit about the importance of trees.Well done.

The Grade 00 spent a wonderful  morning in the permaculture garden with Jo and then drank tea made from lemon grass from the garden.
